This replaced a similar Makita in a dedicated small moulding production setup. The Makita lasted for 25yrs and I got the Milwaukee as a replacement. In my micro business, it was used for about 6 runs a year and then circumstances forced me to retire and close the business. Realistically, this has hardly been used. The $350 price is firm, no further discounts.
This is a high end router for professional use. Top of the line quality.
