Sofa & Loveseat: They were originally from Jan Eden Furniture, and were reupholstered by Arlene's Interiors.

Sofa is 86" wide by 31" high by 36" deep
Loveseat is 60" wide by 31" high by 36" deep

Couch excellent condition.
Loveseat, some abrasion on right arm.

8 throw cushions total, and extra fabric still on the roll.

Pickup: 16th and Balaclava area.
