Very comfortable smaller Sofa bed. Likely fit in a van/camper, smaller bedroom. A few stains due to oil (oiled my niece's hair on it). Otherwise very clean. Never any bed bugs, well maintained. Perfect with a blanket/throw over it.

Pickup is south can (Marine Cambie).
Can't deliver, sorry.
