Tree Trimming Help Needed – High Branches & pay cash (Vancouver)

Details:
Height: Approximately 4 to 5 storeys tall. See pictures.
Scope: Partial trim / selective branch trimming only (see pictures). No need to take branches away, just cutting. I will take branches away and dump myself.
Payout: $280 cash once you finish the job, no pay if job is not finished.
Requirement: Must have your own equipments and tools. Safety equipment and chainsaws.
Must carry your own liability insurance or fully assume all safety risks.
To Apply: Please message with your experience, availability, and the equipment you plan to use.
This would be easy job if you know how to do(experienced one can finish it in one hour).
The location is in Point Grey area, near end of West Broadway.
Pay $280 cash. If you think it's low, no need to reply this AD.
