Looking for a co-owner for the property (Langara college) with the option to run an F&B business together. It is a presale unit and will be completing on April. You can be the active operator in the business or I can take that role. We can either (1) lease the space to an F&B business and share the rental income and business profit, or (2) simply rent out the property and share the rental income only.
