Duties of the position will include but are not limited to:

-Answering telephone inquiries
-Taking reservations by phone/fax/email
-Providing superior customer service
-Interacting with personnel from other departments
-Inputting data into our software program
-Administrative Duties

Job Requirements/Qualifications:
-Excellent customer service
-Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
-Good knowledge of the Lower Mainland
-Excellent telephone manner
-People oriented
-Good computer skills (MS Office, Outlook)
-Detail oriented
-Ability to multi-task
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Team player
-Prior experience is preferred

Shifts/Hours vary MONDAY - SUNDAY. Must have flexible availability, willing to work weekends, holidays!
