Container home Tiny Home, 16ft x 8ft x 8.5ft tall. 3mm Cortan Steel walls, Insulated with 2.25" of insulation, birch paneling inside with driftwood trim, custom fireplace heater, driftwood shelving. This is an all year, all weather tiny home.
Has adjustable leveling legs - no foundation required,
You get what you pay for and this is very well made and complete and ready to move in.
Interior flooring is walnut. Dining table seats 4 and has a granite slab table. Lots of storage. Upper window opens with screen, 8ft tall sliding glass insulated door also has walk through bug screen.
Includes a 5 person sofa that opens to a king sized bed with a single bed over top. Sleeps 3+
Has a full water system with pressure pump stainless steel tank, filtration, electric water heater, and nice shower. Water supply is approximately 30 gallons and there is an additional 40 gallon stainless tank included that I never use. It is enough water to last a very long time. Kitchen sink. It has a recycling option to reuse the water
Has a flush toilet that sits in the shower (movable) when shower not being used.
Entire Sink, shower, power area is built on a custom welded aluminum frame - again, not a crappy stick build 2x4. This is all the very highest end engineering.
Solar is 11KWH of LiPo4 batteries, with JK BMS (bluetooth), Growatt 3000 watt inverter. 1750-watt Korean solar panels on rooftop that are 2 years old. Everything is top end-the best. Solar panels lie flat for transport then are pivoting and double as an awning. Just the solar would cost you $10k
This unit was made with lots of love and attention by engineering staff for demos of our water system. We did lots of custom welding, design in Stainless and mild steel, and aluminum that a typical (cheapo 60k) tiny home just doesn't have. This is built to survive a bomb blast. It can be transported anywhere and be operational in an hour.
The system is no longer useful for our purposes and selling. If you go look this is an $80k+++ unit. I know because we exhibit at Tiny Home shows all the time. Please do not waste my time with your offers the price is more than fair. It's currently sitting on Salt Spring Island. Easy to move as its a container - and unlike a wood frame or trailer tiny home you can drop it anywhere easily.
Lastly, according to capital district zoning guidelines, this type of building does not require a permit as by the way they measure space it is less than the size required for a permit. Check your local ordinances
Currently on SALT SPRING ISLAND - Will deliver on payment to either VANCOUVER island or within 70km of ferry terminal on lower mainland for FREE (curbside I am not able to move this around your property sorry)
