Part-Time Working Site Superintendent – White Rock TI Project
Pro Edge Developments is looking for a reliable, experienced, and hands-on part-time Working Site Superintendent for a commercial tenant improvement project in White Rock.
This role is ideal for someone local who has solid construction experience, can keep a site organized and moving efficiently, and is comfortable jumping in to help with physical tasks when needed.
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in running a clean, professional, and organized site while maintaining strong communication with trades and management.
Responsibilities:
-Oversee day-to-day site operations
-Coordinate and communicate with trades and suppliers
-Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and safety
-Ensure work is progressing efficiently and to a high standard
-Help with hands-on site tasks as required
-Receive deliveries and manage materials
-Track deficiencies and help maintain schedules
-Perform daily site walkthroughs and report updates
-Help solve problems proactively before they become issues
Requirements:
-Previous experience as a site superintendent, lead hand, foreman, or experienced carpenter
-Strong understanding of commercial or high-end residential construction
-Organized and dependable
-Good communication skills
-Able to read drawings and coordinate trades
-Comfortable using a smartphone for photos, messaging, and updates
-Valid driver’s license
-Must be local to White Rock / South Surrey area
