Alumni Painters Ltd. currently seeking an experienced Commercial Interior & Exterior Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working on commercial properties and be committed to delivering high-quality workmanship while maintaining a safe and professional job site.
Responsibilities:
Perform interior and exterior painting on commercial and residential buildings
Prepare surfaces including sanding, patching, caulking, and priming
Apply paint using brush, roller, and spray equipment
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Follow safety guidelines and company standards
Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Qualifications:
Previous painting experience preferred
Knowledge of proper surface preparation and painting techniques
Ability to work at heights and use ladders or lifts when required
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
