Experienced Residential Landscaper – Horticulture Enthusiast Wanted!
Are you an experienced residential landscaper with a deep love for gardens, strong horticultural knowledge, and a talent for bringing out the best in outdoor spaces? We’re looking for someone just like you to join and help grow our Landscape Maintenance Division!
About the Role:
We are a well-established landscaping company with a passion for high-quality garden care. We’re seeking a skilled, motivated, and knowledgeable landscaper to join and enhance our residential maintenance team. This is a hands-on role that involves working independently or with a small crew, supporting and inspiring others while keeping standards high.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong horticulture knowledge and a genuine love of plants and gardens
Experience in residential landscape maintenance
Ability to lead by example
Positive, friendly, and professional attitude
Excellent communication and time management skills
Capable of working efficiently alone or as part of a small team
Comfortable working in all weather conditions
Skilled in the use and care of landscaping tools and equipment
Valid BC driver’s licence required
Deep understanding of local growing conditions
