Hello,

We, a small local property management/maintenace company, are expanding and looking for 1 or 2 more handyman with the following requirements.

It will be a part time work 1 ~ 3 days a week with 6 ~ 8 hours workday. (in Vancouver and Richmond - other cities to be added in the new year)

* reliable vehicle
* own (power) tools
* can communicate clearly through email/text messages
* courteous towards tenants

Sample of some of work duties
* repair/replacement/installation
**** faucet, vent fan, baseboard heater/thermostats, smoke detector, etc.

* drywall repair, painting, etc.
