Apprentice Electricians (Year 1–6)
Year 1 Apprentice: $18.50–$21.50 per hour
Year 2 Apprentice: $21.50–$24.50 per hour
Year 3 Apprentice: $24.50–$28.50 per hour
Year 4 Apprentice: $28.50–$32.00 per hour
Year 5–6 Apprentice: $32.00–$36.00 per hour
Journeyman Electricians
Licensed Journeyman Electrician: $36.00–$45.00 per hour
Wages based on experience, qualifications, and performance
Overtime pay available

We are currently seeking motivated, reliable, and hardworking Apprentice Electricians (Year 1–6) and Licensed Journeyman Electricians to join our growing team.
Responsibilities – Apprentice Electricians:
- Assist Journeyman Electricians with installations, maintenance, and repairs
- Install conduit, wiring, outlets, switches, and lighting systems
- Read and interpret electrical drawings and blueprints
- Maintain tools, equipment, and clean job sites
- Follow company safety procedures and WorkSafeBC regulations
- Troubleshoot basic electrical issues under supervision
- Support residential and commercial construction projects
- Attend apprenticeship schooling as required
Responsibilities – Journeyman Electricians:
- Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical systems efficiently
- Complete panel upgrades, EV charger installations, and service work
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications
- Supervise apprentices and ensure quality workmanship
- Ensure all work complies with the Canadian Electrical Code and BC regulations
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients
- Complete projects safely and on schedule
Requirements:
- Registered electrical apprentice in British Columbia
- Valid BC Journeyman Electrician License / Red Seal Certification for Journeyman role
- Strong knowledge of the Canadian Electrical Code
- Residential and commercial electrical experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
