We are looking to onboard qualified subcontractors for these positions:
-Sloped Roofing - Asphalt Shingle (new, re-roof, and/or repairs)
-Flat Roofing - SBS Torch-On (new, re-roof, and/or repairs)
-Flat Roofing (Single Ply, Duradeck)
-Metal Roofing (snap lock and standing seam)
-Metal Technician (cap flashing, wall flashing and more)
-Gutter Installer - Gutters and Downspouts (eavestrough)
-Mason (counter flashing, re-pointing, re-build, pot + crown work)
-Insulation
-Fascia / Carpentry
-Soffits
-Siding

Position Type: Subcontractor
Description of Duties:
- Operating and running job sites independently
- Coordinating with the production team for scheduling and job details
- Working and conducting business in a professional matter
- Installing various systems based on your specialty
- Installations to follow all manufacturer specifications
- Updating project manager of work completed and material left over
Skills and Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in your specialty
- 1+ year experience as a subcontractor in your specialty
- Must supply own tools and vehicle
- Presentable appearance
- Full WCB coverage in good standing
- Liability insurance (required for sloped and flat roofing)
- Red Seal certification is an asset
- Trade-specific certification an asset
- Able to work some evenings and weekends when necessary
