We are looking for an experienced building operator with good English skills for a downtown building. Full-time position. 5th class preferred, but not required if there is relevant experience.
Job duties include monitoring and maintaining building systems, performing routine inspections and basic repairs, responding to tenant requests, and coordinating with contractors as needed. After hours emergency calls. Extended health benefits. $29/hour.
