This position starts with driving and site support duties, but for the right person, there may be an opportunity to grow into our **Technical Team** after approximately 2 years.

### Job Summary
**Schedule:**
Monday to Friday, starting at **5:00 AM**
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Transport materials between job sites, suppliers, and our shop
* Pick up and deliver construction materials
* Support job sites with cleanup and organization
* Collect leftover materials and return them to the shop or supplier
* Dispose of construction waste at dump sites when required
* Assist our field teams and office team with daily support tasks

### Requirements
* Honest, hardworking, and dependable attitude
* Must be punctual and responsible
* Must be comfortable with early morning starts
* Physically able to handle site support and material handling duties
* Valid Class 5 Driver’s License or higher
* Safe driving record
* Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
* Construction experience is an asset, but not required
* LMIA support may be available for qualified candidates
