The Ideal Candidate:
-Minimum of 4+ years’ experience in residential framing
-Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
-Skilled in framing techniques, layout, and material handling
-Knowledge of building codes, safety procedures, and proper use of tools
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Valid driver’s license and own reliable transportation
