What we’re looking for:
We are seeking someone with a passion for technology who has real-world technical support experience serving business customers, plus excellent time management and communication skills.
We're looking for someone with a flexible schedule to work directly with our customers to help resolve troubleshooting requests as they arise.
We LOVE finding people with experience troubleshooting macOS and other Apple products BUT we are also seeking someone at this time with Windows and Microsoft 365 support and administration.
You'll need to be very organized with the ability to document your work and communicate clearly with clients either written via our ticketing system or orally on the phone.
You enjoy working with people and your tenacity and dedication to great customer service will motivate you to find great solutions that meet customer expectations.

About Us:
We are a boutique IT Consultancy in Vancouver with a focus on supporting small/medium business with mixed platform IT environments (mostly Mac but also Windows). We like to think of ourselves as personable, down-to-earth, and a pleasure to deal with… and our clients do to!
Responsibilities:
You’ll be working remotely. You’ll be assigned tickets in our system and will need to prioritize the urgency of the requests, communicate thoroughly and clearly with clients, schedule support sessions with clients (mostly remote but some on-sites visits required) and see all issues through to completion.
If issues go beyond your experience, you’ll ask for advice from our experienced IT staff and do some of your own research in order to find a solution. This is where your tenacity comes in!
Minimum Requirements:
* An eye for detail and ability to log your work in our ticketing system
* Excellent time management skills
* You love new problems and ideas as they pertain to IT support
* A friendly, patient attitude and ability to remain calm and focused in fast paced/high pressure situations
* You've had some customer service experience as this is a customer focused job
* A car -- if necessary, you’ll be visiting clients on-site at their location within the Lower Mainland
* Proper business attire
* Fluent English is a must
