Magic the Gathering: revised tropical island MP- condition - $400 (Yaletown)

If you’re eyeing this listing you probably already know what it is. Have had this card for about 10 years now but looking to sell off some of my vintage MTG now
Overall I’d say it’s moderately played minus (MP-) condition. The surface has minor scratches but nothing too bad. Edges have minor indentations. The main flaw is the top right corner on back has a crease, I tried to photograph as best as I could. This crease is definitely there but you don’t feel it when running your finger on the surface, 100% playable/tournament legal
I’m looking for $480 (out of stock at F2F and their last sold is at $680+tax)
Would consider trades (either sealed product or modern/EDH staples) but cash preferred
