They work great. I have 6 of them, I've already sold 3, and I have 2 left for sale. I'm keeping the one I bought for myself 2.5 years ago, and it still works just fine for 10-14 hours per day, so that says something.
Best Buy still sells these laptops, but the only difference I can see is that its now a Ryzen 5 7520U processor. You can get one open box $459 to $599 depending on some subtle differences. I can demonstrate proof of original purchase from Best Buy and/or Best Buy Marketplace.
