Its a great place! Sunny, bright, quiet! My roommates are top notch! Nice neighbourhood, safe for cycling!
The apartment is on the upper floor of the house, it gets a ton of light, and is quite spacious. The bedroom and living room have large bay windows, there is laundry downstairs, a small area for storage, heated floors (which are amazing) and the landlord is on top of things. There is a shoppers, Superstore, Donalds Market, TNT, cycling paths and a park nearby. It faces the PNE and takes about 20 minutes to get downtown with the rapid bus transit, approximately same amount of time by bike. The room in question is huge, and has an private washroom, and walk-in closet.
My name is Vanessa, (she/her) I’m 40 years old, and Ive been living in Vancouver for about 4 years. I work full-time as a tenant support worker for Rain City Housing, with people facing addictions and mental health. In my free time I love being in nature, being active - cycling, hiking.
My roommates Josie and Alan are wonderful roomates, considerate, kind, respectful. Josie just recently graduated from Blanche Macdonald and is working doing makeup for film, Alan knows a lot about blood, cant remember if hes a vamp or a lab tech. Looking for someone calm, considerate, who will fit in well with them!
Also definitely open to subletting for a part of this time if this works better for you!!
