I'm away for a month and would like to sublet my place during the World Cup.
$2500 CAD/per week ($10,000 Total)
$1500 deposit required
*the going rate for hotels is over $500/night so this is a deal and your own place.
One bedroom studio in KITS. Great area and close to downtown & BC Place. 10-15 min drive/Uber or taxi
One bed and one couch. Furnished and all the kitchen stuff you need. Very clean place.
Laundry, dishwasher, fireplace, balcony, wifi, bike to use.
Street parking and a garage. Close by to grocery store, gym, coffee shop, bars and shops and a BIG park. There's also a community centre close by as well as bike paths and walkways. Liquor store is only 5 mins away.
Also close to the 99 Bus Route.
15min walk to West Fourth Ave (Shops, restaurants,etc)
15-20 min walk to Kits beach.
Place is clean, comfy and has everything you need. Please no parties or late nights. This is a building
with young families and working professionals.
