Hello there,
I’m looking for a wonderful female who can rent my room from January to March 2026, while I’m away traveling. The room is spacious and in the main floor of a cute character home located in Kitsilano, steps away from Alma and West 4th Avenue. There are 3 of us total, but you would share the main floor with only one person, including the kitchen, washroom, living room, office area and back balcony.

- Great house mates, we are all working professionals (Our age range is from 30-40)
- Wifi & amenities included
- Laundry available on site
- Street and bike parking
We are looking for someone who is:
- Between the age of 27-40
- Careful and respectful with the lended stuff and space
- Who has a kind and gentle soul, friendly
- Who is tidy and mostly cleans up after themselves
- Has a stable income and can stay for the entire duration of the sublet (Jan-March)
