The apartment is located on Frances street in between Commercial Dr and Victoria. Very walkable neighborhood with many cafes, restaurants and grocery stores within a few blocks. Bosa foods, one of the best Italian grocers and deli is less than a block away. Major bus routes on Hastings also within 2 blocks. You can also catch the sky train from Commercial Dr station. Unfortunately the building is pet free. Non smoking.
