My spacious 820 square foot one-bedroom plus solarium apartment is in the heart of South Kitsilano. It's got a gas fireplace, a great well-stocked and modern kitchen, a bright solarium that I use as an office/yoga space, a bathroom with a shower/awesome tub, a queen size bed, a pull-out sofa in case you want to host a visitor, and tons of closets. Easy transit to FIFA World Cup stadium and events!

You are walking distance to parks, grocery stores, restaurants, gyms, vintage stores, cafes, bookstores, the beach, and more. The kitchen is well-stocked, with a Sodastream, and all the cooking supplies you'll need -- and there's tons of yoga equipment, a big TV with appleTV (and you can connect your netflix, youtube, etc - or use mine), and in-suite laundry! The only downside is that the sound of cars on 12th avenue is pretty steady - so if you need total silence to sleep, this probably isn't for you!

Available between June 10-July 20. All utilities included. No smoking of any kind allowed in the unit. You will be required to sign a formal tenancy agreement and pay a deposit, even though it's for a short term (5 weeks).
