Rent of $2000/month includes all utilities (heat, hydro, high speed internet). Tenants pay for their phone only.
Suite is very clean and bright. Fully furnished - bedding, towels, pots and pans provided.
Assigned access to free laundry 1 day a week, possible to have access more often.
Suits 1-2 quiet persons.
Street parking.
Grocery store, and bus stops for downtown buses are all within a few blocks. Nearest Skytrain stations (29th Ave. Station or Nanaimo Station) within 20 mins walk.
Please do kindly note that the following are non-negotiable: more than 2 persons, pets, shorter than 3 months rental period.
No smoking or vaping in the suite or in close vicinity of the house but OK in the back of the yard.
References and half month's rent deposit ($1000) required.
