Hello! We are subletting our 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom + Den apartment while we are away in July and August for the summer break.
This is a fully furnished apartment and we are looking for responsible tenants who will take care of our place like their own.
Master bedroom includes a king bed.
Second bedroom includes a twin bed with an additional pull-out twin mattress underneath.
The apartment is located above a Save On Foods departmental store, a VPL library, a TD Canada bank, a Service Canada office, and opposite a Dollar Store. There are several cafes (Pallet, Trees) and restaurants (Do Chay, Silom, House of Dosas, Dosa Factory, Po Kong, Sun Bo Kong, Knight Street Cafe, Just Pizza and many many more!) around. There is a gym in the building one floor below our unit.
The building is extremely well connected by transit (Bus 25, 19 and 22). The Expo and Canada line skytrains are a short bus ride away.
Parking is not available, but might be possible to arrange (depending on availability) for an additional cost if necessary. There is plenty of street parking around for one-off parking needs.
There is a portable AC unit that can be used in the living room and bedroom depending on your needs. The unit has black-out blinds as well, which greatly helps reduce the heat levels in the summer.
