Spend the weekend in a lovely, bright, quiet 1-bedroom 1-bathroom apartment just off Main Street in Mount Pleasant. Close to Olympic Village, Main Street Science World Station, with everything you'd need close by - restaurants, cafes, pubs, gyms, grocery stores, shopping and green space.
THE APARTMENT
A bright, clean space with hardwood floors and one brick wall that shows the original character of the building. The bright, medium-sized bedroom has a double bed, closet, dresser and shelving. The living/dining room has a couch, desk, table and chairs, with enough space to relax, stretch or practice yoga. The small kitchen has everything you need - fridge/freezer, brand new gas stove and oven, lots of cooking utensils and storage space. The small bathroom has a lovely stand-alone tub which is set up for showers. The bathroom has a partial view of the North Shore mountains and the kitchen has a partial view of downtown Vancouver. There is also a generous entryway with closet, extra storage and enough space to exercise or practice yoga.
THE LOCATION
The apartment is just off Main Street in Mount Pleasant. It's on the third floor, in the northeast corner of a quiet building so has all the benefits of being centrally located, while incredibly peaceful and quiet inside. Bus transport is right outside on Main Street (2 mins), and it's just a short walk to Main Street Science World Station, Olympic Village and the seawall (about 10 mins). Nearby are parks, restaurants, cafes, pubs, gyms, grocery stores, MEC and more - all within easy walking distance.
AVAILABILITY
The apartment is available for a short stay from Friday December 12th to Monday December 15th 2025.
RENT
$350 for 3 nights, plus a $200 refundable damage deposit. Includes all utilities (BC Hydro, gas) and internet.
OTHER INFO
There is parking within walking distance in the residential areas nearby.
Coin operated laundry ($3) and bike storage (free) are available downstairs.
I'm looking for someone clean and respectful of the space.
I'm open to a small pet if you can keep the apartment super clean :)
