We have rented to travellers, students and people in transition different times and always have a good experience. You will find us easy-going, healthy and active.
This room is best for a single person who is:
-seeking an easy, furnished space to settle into
-healthy, active
-very clean
-works or goes to school outside of the home (I work at home FT and see clients here)
-has an early rise and early to bed at schedule.
-N/S or drugs
My teen son is here 2 weeks/month. I work full-time at home.

On a quiet street 10 minute walk up from Kits Beach
Cypress bike path.
1 block off Burrard for ease to DT.
Food market 3 blocks away
Popular shops of West Broadway and West 4th Ave. are a 10-15min. walk.
