Cozy one bedroom basement suite available. Would be great for working professional as it is fully furnished and comes with all the basic supplies you would need to move right in.
Suite includes kitchen and bathroom including bathtub, double bed, bedding, futon, smart TV, microwave and all kitchen utensils.
You would just need to drop your bags and you are good to go, as pots, pans, plates, dishes etc are all provided.
$50 per night minimum 2 wks stay OR $1500 per month plus utilities for 1 whole month.
No smoking no parties and no pets please.
Sorry no laundry but laundromats close by.
