Fully furnished Master bedroom available in a very large suite; available on Nov 1, or Dec 1. Rent is all-inclusive: utilities, internet, etc.
(1/2 month's deposit required.) This room is for single occupancy only, on a month-month basis, with duration negotiable.
No lease required. This is a great option for travellers, or if you are in-between accommodations.
Includes:
-Big suite w/ hardwood floors, bright, sunny, and spacious, done in minimalist mid-century modern style.
-Large room furnished with a bed, side table, dresser, lamp, and large mirror etc. The bedroom is quite big.
-Bedding, towels, etc.
-The house is fully equipped (all you need to bring in is clothing and food basically.)
-In suite Washer/Dryer
-Street parking
-Adorable cat on site:) (sadly, we cannot take any more pets however)

Centrally located in East Vancouver on Victoria drive, a short walk to the popular central transit hub, Commercial Drive Skytrain: (9, 99 B line, Expo Line, Millennium line, 10 minutes to downtown)
About the space:
- The suite is spacious and fully furnished pinterest/minimalist style, and we prefer to keep the main rooms that way.
- You will share the home with 1 or 2 really nice flat mates. (currently 2)
- There is a ton of space and privacy, so it never feels crowded.
- We are friendly, relaxed, and (very) clean roommates. And are looking for the same.
- We share tasks, but take care of our own cleanliness for the most part. (The expectation is that you won't need to do the dishes in order to cook your own meal.)
- We do not have house-parties.
- We are working professionals, therefore we have always been timely with our rent, bills, etc.
Basically we are looking for a responsible, reliable, adult (non-partyer) who is respectful of the space, and loves it as much as we do here.:)
That's pretty much it in a nutshell.
