I’m subletting my fully furnished one-bedroom apartment in the West End for one year, starting in February 2026. I’m looking for someone who can stay at least 6 months, but would prefer someone who would stay longer.

The apartment comes with a queen-sized bed, a large couch, a 65-inch smart TV, a private balcony, and a dishwasher. I’ll be leaving behind kitchen appliances, pots, pans, and utensils, so you’ll have everything you need to cook at home. The space will be clean and move-in ready. Personal items like books, pictures, and wall decorations will be removed before your stay.

Wi-Fi and hydro are included in the rent, along with heat and hot water.

The building is close to English Bay Beach, Stanley Park, grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, and public transit. It’s ideal for anyone looking for a fully equipped home near downtown and the water.

I’m looking for someone responsible, clean, and respectful of the space. No pets and no smoking, please.
