The rent is $730 per month, damage/security/cleaning deposit $365 (returnable at the end of stay). The bedroom is furnished with a single bed, closet with mirrored door, and a computer desk. City garbage/recycle disposal rules should be strictly followed, so the person should be responsible. We need a clean, friendly and responsible person who can clean after himself. 2 persons share 1 full bathroom. No smoking (cigarettes, pot, weed, marijuana), no drunks, and no drugs and no illegal activities allowed. No e scooters should be stored inside the house.
