Lovely, clean basement suite in centrally located Mount Pleasant East all to yourselves. Steps to transit, VCC, parks, bike routes, our suite is ideal for 1-2 people with 1 queen bed. Perfect for those needing a temporary landing pad or a base to explore Vancouver from :) You will have a separate entrance, full bath and kitchen (no dishwasher). Laundry is shared for the time being as ours needs repairs but we are happy to work around your schedule.
Older home with our active family above (elementary age kids) so must be comfortable with a regular amount of noise, bit of squeaky floors etc! However, we are great hosts, friendly and considerate. As this is our family home, it isn’t ideal for large gatherings/parties.
