I’m renting out my furnished bedroom in a 2-bedroom basement suite in Kitsilano for December. You’d be sharing with one easy-going Irish guy in his 20s.
Price includes rent + all utilities (heat, hydro, hot water, wifi).

Dates / term:
– Ideal dates: Dec 1–31 (flexible by a few days on move-in)
– Great if you need a place for December exams, between leases, or landing in Vancouver before a Jan 1 place
– Open to 1–2 month stays, and possibly longer if it’s a good fit
About you:
– Responsible, pays rent on time
– Clean and respectful of shared spaces and noise
– Ok with a normal, simple basement suite (not a luxury building, just a decent room in a good area)
