Looking for a kind, responsible single person, (preferably f) to sublet my large, fully furnished 1-bedroom apartment while I’m away. It’s a quiet, sunny space in a well-maintained building - about 800 ft², bright windows, balcony, and plenty of plants that appreciate a little care.

Availability:
November 1 through mid-December (exact return date TBD, likely around Dec 15).
If you’d like to stay a few extra days, additional time will be prorated at $50/day.
Rent: $1,500/month (all-inclusive: heat, hydro, internet)
Deposit: Standard half-month ($750), refundable within seven days of move-out if the apartment is clean and undamaged
