What You'll Do
- Design and implement AI driven workflows across the organization
- Build intelligent automations using today's leading AI platforms
- Develop custom AI assistants for sales, marketing, administration, and operations
- Integrate CRM, email, calendars, cloud storage, and third party applications
- Eliminate repetitive manual processes through automation
- Research and implement emerging AI technologies
- Improve reporting, data management, and operational efficiency
- Help develop proprietary AI tools and internal systems
What We're Looking For
- Experience with ChatGPT, OpenAI APIs, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI platforms
- Experience with Make.com, n8n, Zapier, or comparable automation tools
- Knowledge of APIs and system integrations
- Python, JavaScript, or other programming experience is an asset
- Strong prompt engineering skills
- Experience building AI agents or workflow automations
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Ability to think strategically while delivering practical solutions
Qualifications
- Experience implementing AI within a business environment

- Real estate industry experience
- Experience with custom software or web applications
