The Role:
We’re hiring a high-energy SDR to drive new customer acquisition.
This is a high-activity, multi-channel role—not just cold calling. You’ll engage prospects across platforms and help convert interest into qualified demos.
What You’ll Do:
Make 50+ outbound calls per day
Run outreach across:
Email
LinkedIn
Reddit & online communities
Industry forums/message boards
Work inbound + warm leads:
Free trial signups
Marketing engagement (opens/clicks)
Recycled opportunities
Qualify prospects (size, pain points, urgency, decision-makers)
Book demos for Account Executives
Support webinar attendance + lead generation
Keep CRM clean and up to date
1–3+ years in B2B SaaS sales / SDR / inside sales
Comfortable with high-volume outreach
Strong communicator (written + verbal)
Experienced with LinkedIn prospecting
Organized, self-driven, and metrics-focused
Comfortable working remotely
Nice to Have:
Experience in workforce management, payroll, or HR tech
Exposure to construction, healthcare, or manufacturing
Familiar with tools like Mailchimp, CRM platforms
Experience with subscription (PEPM) sales
Compensation:
💰 Base: Low $50K CAD
💰 OTE: $60K+ CAD (with commission)
