We are hiring multiple Marketing & Sales Representatives to join us as we grow. This role is for people who want more than a paycheck โ people who want to build real skills, take ownership of results, and grow alongside a values-driven company.
๐๐ก๐ ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐:
This position combines door-to-door lead generation, local marketing, and in-home sales.
You will be the face of Colour Craft in residential neighbourhoods โ starting conversations, building trust with homeowners, and guiding clients from first contact through to booking their project.
This role rewards initiative, consistency, and professionalism.
๐๐ก๐๐ญ ๐๐จ๐ฎโ๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐๐ ๐๐จ๐ข๐ง๐ :
- Generating leads through door-to-door neighbourhood outreach
- Representing the Colour Craft brand in local communities
- Building relationships with homeowners and referral partners
- Booking and attending in-home consultations (estimates)
- Understanding client needs and preparing estimates
- Following up with prospects and managing your sales pipeline
- Working closely with ownership, admin, and production teams
- Contributing to weekly and monthly growth targets
- Selling paint jobs and making money!

- Minimum 2 years in a client-facing sales or marketing role
- Valid driverโs license and access to a vehicle
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with basic technology (email, Word, Excel, CRM tools)
- Professional presentation and reliability

- Performance-based compensation
- Typical annual earnings range: $50,000 โ $125,000+, based on results
