Plot Twist Productions is not a trivia company.
We are a live entertainment and experiential production company using weekly venue programming as the foundation for something much bigger: corporate entertainment, branded activations, touring concepts, sponsorships, and large-scale game show experiences.
Right now, we’re looking for the right killer to help us scale. The posting below reflects a best case scenario - we are enthusiastic about someone willing and able to get the job done and achieve goals. The Mission
Take Plot Twist from a strong regional entertainment company to 30+ weekly venues and a serious player in the corporate entertainment space by the end of the year.
Your job is not to “book trivia nights.”
Your job is to:
• Build recurring venue partnerships
• Open doors with hospitality groups
• Create relationships with HR departments and corporate decision-makers
• Position Plot Twist as the antidote to boring team-building
• Help turn weekly programming into $5,000 corporate gigs, sponsorship deals, and long-term brand partnerships

What You’ll Be Doing
• Prospecting and securing new venue partnerships
• Building and maintaining sales pipelines
• Outreach to bars, restaurants, breweries, pub groups, and corporate clients
• Developing sponsorship and brand partnership opportunities
• Creating strategic follow-up systems and outreach campaigns
• Collaborating on pitch decks, proposals, and expansion strategy
• Helping position Plot Twist as a premium entertainment brand
Qualifications Wish List:
• Proven sales or business development experience
• Experience selling to hospitality groups, HR departments, agencies, or consumer brands
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience negotiating contracts and closing meaningful deals
• Ability to manage pipelines, leads, and follow-up systems without hand-holding
• INTRApreneurial mindset
Major Bonus Points
• Existing hospitality or corporate network
• Experience in live entertainment, experiential marketing, events, or nightlife
• Sponsorship sales experience
• Understanding of branding and audience engagement
• CRM or automation experience
• You’ve sold premium experiences before, not just commodities
Compensation
Flexible depending on experience and structure:
• Base + commission
• Commission-heavy
• Retainer + performance bonuses
