Recently graduated? This is the time when you begin your transition from full-time student to full-time employee. We are looking to add three strong candidates to fast-track into our management program here at our head office. There are several career advancement opportunities available for those who excel in this role and can get results. We recently opened a new office in December and plan to open two new offices here within the next year. We are specifically looking to develop a candidate into senior management and regional management positions for these new offices. These individuals would be groomed to run their own offices and territories.
This is a great opportunity for recent college graduates or individuals with experience in: Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Psychology, Business Management, Finance, Advertising, Entrepreneurship, and Business Development.
Associates are responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts provided by the company and helping members qualify for and customize their benefits packages to their specific needs. All accounts are provided and there is no cold-calling or selling to friends and family. Duties would include setting appointments, analyzing clients needs, advising benefits for each family, and maintaining high quality client retention.
For associates that excel in this one, we will select candidates for advancement opportunities based on their results, work ethic, attitude and leadership skills. We will be investing a significant amount into their growth and development over the next year and grooming them a larger role not only for our office but for our territory.
Managers are heavily involved with the training of our associates. Performance appraisals are expected to be done regularly to inspect the quality of work being done. They will also be responsible for conducting some client meetings, analyzing financial reports, managing operations and overseeing talent acquisition.
