All the photos shown here were from my own design projects completed in the Lower Mainland over the past several years. These aerial shots have proven to be extremely valuable for site coordination, identifying construction issues, client presentations, and personal records.
My services are affordable—site inspections typically cost around $65 for 10–15 photos and a one-minute inspection video. I’m also happy to include a few extra photos at no additional cost 🙂
For projects located farther away, an additional travel fee may apply, kept reasonable to balance my time and your costs.
BTW, a good flat rate of regular site visits for the construction progress shots, or real estate, presentation/ advertisement videos can be negotiated.
Lastly, I am a design and construction professional. Flying drones is my hobby, so I understand exactly what you are looking for on the site.
These shots are super helpful even just for your own property, existing roof inspections, anywhere too high that you can not see potential issues before the rainy season.
