I'm a man in my 50's looking for a room to rent.
I'm extremely clean and organized. Cleaning is like a hobby for me. I keep everything spotless. So, you never worry about mess.
I'm very quiet. I don't play loud music....
I don't smoke, drink or do drugs.
I'm very responsible and take care of things like they're mine.
I'm always on time paying rent. You never have to ask on the first of the month. I'll always contact you on the first or before to pay. I am on disability- but not physically disabled. So you don't have to worry about my rent.
I'm friendly and can get along with all people as long as they're nice and considerate too.
What I'm looking for: is a CLEAN room in a CLEAN place preferably a newer home because I CAN'T deal with mold.
If I'm sharing the house\apt with others they have to be clean and quiet too. I can't live with smokers or people who smoke marijuana inside.
I prefer a house that's not too isolated or that's in a very quiet area.
I can't live in a place that has dogs but a cat or two are fine.
I prefer areas in Vancouver, Richmond, South Surrey, White Rock and maybe south Bby.
My budget is $850.
I work occasionally but not much. So, if you're looking for someone who's a full-time worker that's NOT me.
Initially I want to stay maybe till the end of October or November of 2026.
