School: Currently doing a UBC certificate course for Wood Finishing. I have interest in a variety of subjects (music, religion, spirituality, psychology/sociology)
Work: I work as a cabinet finisher, and am currently starting a business.
Work from home or from outside of home: I travel anywhere from Abbotsford to Vancouver island. Occasionally gone for a few days.
Interests, recreation, activities: A creative type, I enjoy writing poetry, music composition (acoustic, classical-esque guitar, electronic music on my headphones and computer), photography, writing poetic and psychological/spiritual type literature. Working out. Dancing. Reading. Meditating. Deep passionate thinker.
What you are like to share housing with: I am fairly quiet and sensitive to others, I always try to be positive and encouraging, and love mine and others rest/recharging space and time.
What is important to me from housemates: Healthy communication, cleanliness, considerate
Looking to rent: June 1st. Am open to long and short term commitments, as well as trying short term and seeing if we’re a good fit before committing to longer
Additional: Good with household chores, yard work. Will be driving hopefully within a few months, so parking would be great but not a deal breaker. Open to anywhere; UBC, Downtown, North/South/West/East Van, Kits/Kerrisdale, New West, Burnaby, (Coquitlam probably too far but if it's nice) etc). Would love to live somewhere peaceful/near nature.
