I am in need of a 1 bedroom for a March 1st occupancy.
Ideally a stand-alone suite, but am open to a room in a shared home for the right fit. I am hoping for a long term rental with close proximity to good transit for easier commuting. East Vancouver/ Coquitlam/ Burnaby/ New West/ Surrey areas all can work.

ABOUT ME: Career-wise, I work full-time as a dev/designer for a premium outdoor lifestyle brand based in Burnaby. During the off season (ie, winter) I primarily work from home; however, during the summer and early fall I work in office. I also have my own side business where I do development and design for my clients, so I would require enough room for a desk setup.
As for me, I am a down-to-earth relaxed individual who enjoys the comforts of his own home, but also to get outside whenever possible (hiking/ biking/ skateboarding). I am 420 friendly, but want a house that is smoke free.
