Hi there. I am a person in my late 30s, who is studying, so my main focus is the studies. Im looking for a nice home with good people who are queer/trans friendly. Id be open to a social gathering every now and then. Games night, movie or morning coffee ect:) I love plants, so if you have space for a few that would be fantastic or bonus if there is a bright windows in the room that your renting out.
In the home, Id prefer my own washroom or if the house is large it must have more than 1 washroom. I am looking for a home with reliable internet.
