Hi everyone,
My name is Nick, I’m 25 years old and currently work downtown Vancouver as a Recreation Manager at a major hotel.
I’m looking for a furnished sublet from approximately August 1st through September 30th (flexible by a few days on either end). My ideal areas are the West End, Coal Harbour, English Bay, or Downtown Vancouver, but I’m open to other locations and price ranges for the right fit.
A little about me:
• Full-time employed professional
• Clean, quiet, and respectful
• Have lived with both male and female roommates (LGBTQ+ friendly)
• Happy to provide references if needed
My current roommate is moving back home, and I need a place to stay for the remainder of my work contract. I’m also open to taking over a month-to-month lease for a one-bedroom apartment if that’s an option.
