We are a small IT company with several large clients and a handful of smaller ones. We require someone on a very part-time basis that can manage support calls and the odd project. It is mostly easy day to day setups, troubleshooting etc. We are looking for someone that has knowledge of M365, networking and security as we would like to get assistance with security setups, i.e., Defender, Entra, MDR ADR etc. You have knowledge of server management and networking. Most importantly, you are an excellent communicator and documenter, above all else. Onsite visits will be rare, but may be required from time to time, so please be in or close to Vancouver/Burnaby
