The suite is located on the West 41 Ave. with bus stops about a minute away on foot. Right across the street is the prestigious Shaughnessy area. Two top elementary schools, Maple Grove and Quilchena, and two top high school, Magee and Point Grey, are literally 5~7 minutes of walking distances. All kinds of shops are conveniently located within about 5-minute walking distance in Kerrisdale area. Various ethnic foods, coffee shops, clothing stores, grocery markets, and banks etc. are located closely for you to explore. Canada Line is just one-bus away; so is UBC. Great for UBC students. Plenty of street parking with absolutely no restrictions imposed by the City at all.
No pets please; one-year lease is required. Hot water and furnace heat are included. Electricity is included during summer months (ie. Apr to Sep). There will be a winter heating surcharge of $50/month per room between Oct. to Mar. every year due to the surge in heating costs (roughly $300 more each month, so the split for each tenant is about $50 per month).
