- The room has an air conditioning unit perfect and needed for the summer.
- There is a unit to control the heating which is good as you can set the heat and doesn’t have to be at same level as rest of the house.
-Ample storage throughout house
The area:
- Bus route 17 and 49 beside house
- Skytrain Langara close by (gets you to downtown in 15 mins)
The house:
- Spacious house, living with 4 working professionals
- Kitchen with all appliances, dishes and cutlery available. Two large fridges and freezers available
- Two big living rooms
- Utility room with washer and dryer
- Nice garden area and patio
- Quiet residential area
- Free on street parking. There is never a problem finding a space right outside.
Bills are approx 20-25$ per month per person for gas, electricity, bins and internet.
