I’m looking to sub-rent one of the bedrooms in the basement suite where I currently live, preferably to a female tenant, starting May 15th to July 15th (can be flexible for the right person). My parents are coming to stay over for the summer.
I could also rent it by weeks if needed.

The suite is located near Renfrew St. and Kitchener St., only a couple of blocks from a bus stop and about a 15-minute walk to Renfrew Station or the PNE.
About the room:
• Medium bedroom: $900/month
The basement is fully furnished and has in suit laundry, but the bedrooms would be semi furnish (only full bed included)
Utilities + household cleaning supplies are included.
A ½-month deposit is required.
At the moment, I’m the only one living in the basement, so it would just be the two of us.
No pets, no smoking, and no drugs.
About me: I’m an international student from Mexico and work in the tax department of an investment firm. I do home office a couple of days a week—my desk is in one corner of the living room.
I enjoy reading and listening to music, and I sometimes host small get-togethers for board games or dinner. You’re welcome to join or host your own, as long as there’s communication between us and it doesn’t turn into a party.
The landlord lives upstairs and has two toddlers who can be active during the day. The sound does travel to the basement, but they go to bed early and you do get used to it.
